🚚 For broiler dealers & wholesale traders
Chicken dealer software for broiler traders and wholesalers
Weigh the load out and the rest follows. Box, full and empty weight give every shop its net weight, today's rate turns that into one bill per shop for the day, and whatever they don't pay stays on their running balance - so you know who owes what before the next load leaves.

Running your own counter as well?
Plenty of dealers also keep a shop. It is the same app and the same login. The dealer side carries a running balance for every shop you supply; the shop side books in stock, bills counter sales by weight and closes the day. A shop on its own is priced separately, at one flat rate per shop.

FAQ
How it works for a dealer
Pricing questions are answered on the pricing page. Anything else, call either number above - a person picks up.
It replaces the register a dealer keeps for loads, rates and udhar. You set the day's rate in the morning and record what goes out to each shop by box and weight. The app turns that into a bill, a running balance for every party and the day's totals, so you know the position before the vehicle is back instead of working it out at night.
Dealers call it different things - trading software, a hisab app, a khata app. ChickenPro covers the selling side of the trade: the day's rate, weight out to each party, daily invoices, collections and running balances, with expenses and profit/loss recorded alongside.
Each load records the number of boxes, the full weight and the empty crate weight. Net weight is worked out from those, and the bill is calculated on net weight at the day's rate, so the figure on the invoice is one the shop can check for itself.
No. The daily invoice combines every sale to that customer on that date, so a morning drop and an afternoon drop arrive as one bill instead of two slips that get argued over later.
Record whatever the shop paid - cash, UPI, PhonePe or Google Pay - against the bill. The rest stays on that party's running balance automatically, and the payments screen shows what share of the day's money came in through each method.
Weight sent out, amount billed, amount collected and udhar outstanding, already added up. On the Rooster and Phoenix plans the weekly and monthly balances build from the same entries, so nobody spends a Sunday rebuilding the month.
