The Rooster plan is ₹499 per month for up to 50 customer accounts. Billed yearly it works out to ₹449 per month (₹5,388 for the year), saving ₹600 annually. The Free plan costs nothing for up to 5 customer accounts.

Start on the Free plan. It covers up to 5 customer accounts with daily balance tracking, invoices, payment summaries and basic reports - enough to replace a paper register for a single counter. Move to Rooster when you outgrow 5 users or need weekly and monthly reporting.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee and no long-term contract; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans can be refunded pro-rata for complete unused months - see our Refund & Cancellation policy.

The ₹200/month shop plan is for a single chicken shop managing its own counter data - stock, sales, udhar, bills and daily closing. The dealer plans (Free, Rooster and Phoenix) are for chicken dealers and wholesalers supplying many shops, with multi-user access, bulk invoicing and advanced analytics.

The shop plan is priced per shop, so two shops are ₹400 per month and three are ₹600 per month. Each shop keeps its own stock, sales and customer data. If you supply other shops as well as running your own, email support@chickenpro.in - a dealer plan usually fits better.

No special hardware. ChickenPro is a web application - open it in a browser on a desktop or laptop at the shop, and the same account works just as well on a tablet at the counter or a phone when you step out. Nothing to install and no billing machine to buy.
