Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and ChickenPro, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use ChickenPro.

ChickenPro is software for chicken dealers and poultry businesses to record sales, track customer balances and credit, generate invoices, record payments and view reports. We provide it on a subscription basis and may add, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

Tell us at support@chickenpro.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Paid plans include a 15-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans start at ₹499 per month; current pricing is always shown on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.

You own the business data you enter into ChickenPro. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display that data in order to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including having the right to store the customer details you record. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

You agree not to:

• Use ChickenPro for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another user's account.
• Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without written permission.
• Upload malware or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules, and will tell you why unless prevented by law.

We work to keep ChickenPro available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever practical. Support is provided by email on all plans, with priority and phone channels on higher plans as described on the pricing page.

ChickenPro produces records, invoices and reports from the data you enter. It is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant, auditor or tax adviser. You remain responsible for the correctness of your books, your GST and other tax filings, and for verifying figures before relying on them.

The ChickenPro software, brand, logo, design and documentation belong to ChickenPro. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription - not any ownership in it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@chickenpro.in. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling then follows our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@chickenpro.in. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the application or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use ChickenPro after that date means you accept the revised terms.
